UP TO 200 YARDS PER HOUR

We can run up to 200 yards per hour, depending on moisture content, using a 2 screen system. The top screen is 6 inches and the bottom screen is 3/4 inch, with other screen sizes available to accommodate your applications. We hand-pick and remove wood 6 inches and larger and a magnetic head removes any metal from the bark and rock.

TIME FOR A BATH

Rock and bark go through a water bath, the bark floats to the top conveyor and the rock sinks to the bottom conveyor and unwanted debris is removed. After the water bath, the bark and rock are rinsed and are now ready for re-use. Our finished rock product is 99% clean of wood debris, and our finished wood is 99% clean of rock.

DYE GRINDER PROCESS

We also process wood product through a dye grinder for use as decorative landscaping material or hog fuel. We can output a large variety of colors including natural, walnut, and red with other colors available.
